She is the first Indian to attain HWT Certification. During her Masters Program, she did her Internship at the World Renowned Rancho Los Amigos Hospital, Pediatric Therapy Network and Therapy West Clinic in Los Angeles, USA.
After graduation, she practiced as a Senior Occupational Therapist at Every Child Achieves, Inc. & Wellness Works at Hollywood, USA. She was also a clinical supervisor for Master’s and Bachelor’s Level students from Univ, of Southern California & Univ, of California State Dominguez Hills. Before joining the Master’s program in USA, she had her own practice at Care and Cure Polyclinic Mumbai, India. She completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from Seth G.S. Medical College & KEM Hospital, Mumbai, India which ranks 1st in Asia in the field of Occupational Therapy. In KEM Hospital she worked in Pediatrics, Neurology, Orthopaedics, Haemophilia, Surgery, Cardiovascular, Thoracic, Medicine, Psychiatry, De-addition, Plastic Surgery and Hand Rehabilitation Departments.
